Chocolate Shakeology Pudding

This isn’t my recipe, but I enjoy it and want to share. Credit goes to Alli Upham.


The goal with this recipe is to consume the pudding instead of a Chocolate Torte or a gallon of ice cream.

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeo
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp nut butter
  • Shredded Coconut (optional)
  • Bowl and fork or masher

Add shakeo to bowl, add banana in chunks (if your naners are a little green pop in microwave 12-30 seconds) then mash. Mash some more. Do Not add an liquid. Just keep mashing. Eventually you will get a raw brownie mix like texture.

Chill (depending on time you can put in the fridge for 30ish minutes or freezer for 10ish minutes). You just want everything to set up and not be warm. You then mix in your preferred nut butter. Top with coconut or whatever topping you like. 🙂
