Brussel Sprouts

I used to hate brussel sprouts and now they are one of my favorite veggie dishes!

  • brussel sprouts (depends on how many servings you want
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • cookie sheet
  • mixing bowl


Set oven to 400*. Cut brown ends off brussel sprouts, then slice in half length wise. Put in a mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss. Then spread brussel sprouts out on cookie sheet. Bake 12-20 minutes (depending on the size of the sprouts).  Serve as a side.  I love it with steak or chicken 🙂
