Easter has already come and gone, then Mother’s Day, graduations, and Memorial Day. Are you looking and feeling your best? I know the weather is still crappy and thinking about being in a dress, shorts, anything tight fitting; is a little stressful.

if I’m being honest, my nutrition hasn’t been 100% on point that past couple of months, so I’ll definitely be focusing more on what I’m fueling my body with. Making commitments like these and actually following through are so much easier when you have a buddy or small group to help get you through the sticky spots.

Summer is right around the corner and I know I need to buckle down and get serious with my nutrition and exercise. I would love for you to join me. I’ve found that using BOD has been so helpful in keeping me on track with my workouts whether I’m home, traveling, or at the gym. We will be utilizing BOD because it offers a whole library of workouts as well as nutrition guides and tips. Holidays can be hard on the waistline, your confidence, and you energy level…..right? Get back to feeling better and looking better 🙂 I’ve got a challenge group starting January 9th called New Year, Better You. It coincides with the Beachbody Health Bet where you get paid to get healthier.

To qualify, you need to log your activity on My Challenge Tracker in the Beachbody Health Bet Challenge Group! (I’ll send the link)

  • Log at least five (5) Shakeologies with photos per week
  • Log at least three (3) workouts per week
  • Do this for each of the four qualification weeks:
WEEK 1: JAN 9 – JAN 15
WEEK 2: JAN 16 – JAN 22
WEEK 3: JAN 23 – JAN 29
WEEK 4: JAN 30 – FEB 5
